These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Daylume, an AI-powered weekly task management app for iOS. By using Daylume, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Daylume is an AI-powered weekly task management app for iOS. Users can create, schedule, and manage tasks manually or via voice input processed by AI.
2. Account
- Accounts are created via Sign in with Apple.
- One account per Apple ID.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Billing

- All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds through us — refund requests go through Apple.
- Free tier remains available if subscription lapses.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the API.
- Submit malicious content through the AI input.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service.
5. AI Features
- AI task suggestions are generated by third-party AI models (Groq/Llama).
- AI suggestions are drafts — you must confirm before tasks are created.
- We do not guarantee accuracy of AI scheduling or label suggestions.
- Voice recordings are processed by Groq and are subject to Groq's privacy policy.
6. Google Calendar Integration
- Optional paid feature.
- You must authorize access via Google OAuth.
- We request access to Google Calendar events for reading and writing.
- You can revoke access at any time through the app or Google account settings.
7. Availability & Liability
- Service provided "as is" without warranty.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime.
- We are not liable for data loss, missed tasks, or scheduling errors.
- Maximum liability limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- On termination, data is deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
